  I will not give marks pizza even one star due to the customer service we received this evening. I placed an online order, and the confirmation, with tip, stated we were charged $39.40. After over an hour, I called wondering where my order was. I was told the order never went through, and I had to order again. This time, the total was over $40 (and some change, without tip for the exact same order). I hung up, not thinking about it and later realized how much more I was paying, without even giving the driver a tip. I called back, and asked why the order was so much more. there was no explanation. The girl went to get the manager and the manager then told me the order "was already out the door" and that essentially, refunding the extra money was too much work for him. When I disagreed with this, he stated "I can throw in a two liter, well only a pepsi". gee, thanks, clearly my order was already out the door, after this poor customer service, i will NEVER order from marks pizza again. and, the delivery girl was beyond rude.
